With over 21 years of tax planning, education, and consulting experience. Scott has served clients in all phases of the business cycle. His clients include closely held companies and high net worth individuals. Scott’s clients are primarily structured as S corporations and limited liability companies (LLC). In addition, Scott’s approach to client services is to address tax planning in a proactive, integrated manner by addressing the needs of business owners so that planning opportunities are fully optimized.
Scott’s industry experience is vast and includes construction, land surveying, agriculture, professional services, manufacturing, engineering and legal. In his free time Scott enjoys coaching his son’s baseball, basketball and football teams. He is active in the North Bay CYO League, St Vincent CYO League, Petaluma National Little League and the Boys & Girls Club of Marin and Southern Sonoma Counties.
